What is Ditos Built?

Ditos Built has an easier and better way with remodels.

We have an integrated architect-builder system for crafting a complete remodel package that is appealing, functional as well as economical.

Our Story.

When a design client also needed building help, Ditos Daranciang started the general contracting service Ditos Built in 2001, two years after he had started the design practice Ditos D Architect. The first project, marking the start of Ditos Built’s integrated architect-builder system, replaced an old house in disrepair with a new house (below). Subsequently, Ditos Built completed home remodels for friends and neighbors. ditos-remodel-aboutThese initial clients helped Ditos Built refine a system for resolving the challenges of remodels. Clients have since been confirming the benefits they receive from a streamlined system i.e., costs-informed choices, easier coordination and decisions, less conflicts and wear on the owner, etc. Ditos Built works mostly in Seattle but has served clients as far south as Tacoma and as far north as Snohomish. Our system of working closely with clients allows us to complete about a half-dozen remodels annually. Ditos Built has also begun supporting clients with property management needs: maintenance, repair and rental management. Ditos & Beth Daranciang operate this small family business.
